The status of the Cambridge trip stands thus:
- Passport - sorted
- Preliminary official acceptance letter received - yes
- Official preliminary acceptance letter received - yes
- Official AIM Overseas acceptance letter received - yes
- Official Cambridge acceptance letter received - yes
- Official official official acceptance letter received - yes
- Deposit of $300 - paid
- Travel insurance - in the works, waiting to hear from uni overseas study office
- Confirmation of credit towards degree - in the works, waiting for email from course coordinator through my faculty's admin
- Financial assistance from govt. - in the works, must first receive confirmation of of above item
- Uni student subsidy application form - Not yet lodged: see above two items.
- Flights - not yet booked, waiting for confirmation of above four items.
Frankly, I should get a degree in administrative work just for making this thing happen!
On top of all this I am studying four units this semester, one of them external, three third year and one second year. This is my last year of study and I am determined to enjoy it before joining the drone masses in 9-5 perpetual boredom >.>
